Warranty Policy

GSM Cell Phone Warranty

Most brand new handsets come with a One Year Manufacturer's Warranty, unless otherwise specified.

The manufacturer's warranty is offered by the manufacturer only, not Glotek, and maybe restricted by geographical constraints.  The manufacturer determines in which country the item must be sent for servicing.  Please note that the servicing country can be other than United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.

What do you mean, will i get service in North America Or Not?

It depends on the manufacturer.  We bring the lastest GSM Mobile phones from all over the world and usually the manufaturer's local offices do not know about these models.  They may not know how to service them or repair them.  So, they will forward you to the manufacturing office that may be located overseas.

Will Glotek help me with the warranty?

Yes, Glotek will do its best to assist with you the manufacture's warranty.

Please follow instructions below for the manufacture's warranty of your product:

   1)  e-mail us your original receipt # and description of the issue / problem.

    2)  We will provide you witha e-mail confirmation for further instructions. 

    3)  If you agree to the return or exchange, you will be required to ship the product at your own expense with all applicable accessories.  After the product is shipped to Glotek, please forward an email with your tracking / shipping number.

    4) Please Note:  the serial # or imei # must match with the product that we initially shipped.

    5) Once  the product has been received, product will be inspected for its contents by Glotek and forwarded to the manufacturer.

    6) Once the product has been received from the manufacturer, you will receive an e-mail from Glotek for a standard charge of $40.00 for shipping and processing.

This process can take 4-6 weeks.

Please NoteAny cell phone product that has physical damage, water damage, or any software modifications will not be covered by the warranty.

Cell Phone & Satellite Accessories

All cell phone and satellite acessories have a 30 day warranty from Glotek.

Please follow instructions below for the warranty procedure:

   1)  e-mail us your original receipt # and description of the issue / problem.

    2)  We will provide you witha e-mail confirmation for further instructions. 

    3)  If you agree to the return or exchange, you will be required to ship the product at your own expense.  After the product is shipped to Glotek, please forward an email with your tracking / shipping number.

    4) Once  the product has been received, it will inspected  by Glotek and a replacement product will be shipped back at our expense.

This process can take 2-3 weeks upon reciving the item.
