Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product within the 7 business days from the date of receipt, Glotek will offer a refund* provided that the product is in brand new condition*and contains all user guide(s), accessories, and any other items that were originally included with the product.  All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear and tear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Please Note:  Any cell phone product that has physical damage, water damage, any software modifications or any usage of the product will not be exchanged.   No phone with a talk time greater than 15 minutes will be accepted.

Glotek will add an additional charge (at market value) if the return product is missing the following:  user guide(s), original box, software CDs, accessories, or any other items that were originally included with the product.

If the return product is not in a brand new condition** Glotek will refuse to accept the return and will not authorize any refunds.   No returns will be accepted after 7 Business days from receipt date.   There are no exceptions.

[*Upon receipt and acceptance of your return,  Glotek will refund your purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift packaging, applicable restocking fees and/or any other charges. Glotek is not responsible for shipping charges on returns.]

We do have an exchange policy for the same or similar product that is DOA or defective and are shipped within 7 business days.  Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to ship the product with all its accessories and original packaging.   All related costs due to shipping to are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please follow instructions below for refund or exchange of your product:

   1)  e-mail us your original receipt # and description of the issue / problem.

    2)  We will provide you witha e-mail confirmation for further instructions. 

    3)  If you agree to the return or exchange, you will be required to ship the product at your own expense with all applicable accessories.  After the product is shipped to Glotek, please forward an email with your tracking / shipping number.

    4)  Once the product has been received, Glotek will follow the inspection procedure as outlined above.

This process can take from 2-4 weeks.
